Orders are dispatched daily within a maximum of 7 days from receipt of order, Monday to Friday via APC, Hermes or another carrier. Online orders received during a weekend will be processed the following week.

Our delivery charges are as follows, and covers all associated packaging and handling:

            1 - 4 items = £3.95

            5 - 8 items = £4.95

            9 or more = FREE

 

Free Shipping is offered on orders over £30 (after any discounts are applied and excluding delivery costs).

 

Unfortunately we do not deliver outside of the UK and cannot deliver to the Crown Dependencies owing to prohibitive shipping costs.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure all delivery address/details for the order are correct. From Dorset With Love Ltd cannot accept any responsibility or costs for non-delivery to the intended recipient or losses in such circumstances.

 

Ensuring that the recipient is going to be at the delivery address on the day of delivery remains the responsibility of the customer. From Dorset With Love Ltd cannot accept responsibility or costs incurred in such circumstances e.g. recipient being on holiday etc. on day of delivery. If you are not when the courier attempts delivery they will leave a card to explain that they have attempted delivery along with instructions or how you can rearrange delivery. Failure to follow this could result in the order being returned to us. From Dorset With Love Ltd will reimburse any monies owed after the delivery charges have been covered.

 

From Dorset With Love Ltd cannot accept responsibility or any costs incurred as the result of a delay in delivery by couriers due to adverse weather conditions or accidents. Where damage has occurred due to such delay, a replacement will be dispatched to the recipient.
